I am a 25 yr old that weighs 125 lbs at 5'8". I have been working naturally on gaining weight over the past 3 years with high protein and calorie diet in conjunction with a vigorous work out schedule. I am very strong for my weight but I cant put on size and weight. I lack most of my size in my lower body and forearms. I am also having difficulty longating my biceps. I am desperate here and at this point I am looking for any type of hep. My reasonable goal is 160 lbs but its out of my reach. What do you guys recommend? I would be willing to take something if that's what it takes, but what???
