    Need help gaining weight! Please advise.

    I am a 25 yr old that weighs 125 lbs at 5'8". I have been working naturally on gaining weight over the past 3 years with high protein and calorie diet in conjunction with a vigorous work out schedule. I am very strong for my weight but I cant put on size and weight. I lack most of my size in my lower body and forearms. I am also having difficulty longating my biceps. I am desperate here and at this point I am looking for any type of hep. My reasonable goal is 160 lbs but its out of my reach. What do you guys recommend? I would be willing to take something if that's what it takes, but what???

    Your best bet is to get into the diet forum and read one of the bulking stickies or better yet post up your entire diet for one day including breakdown of macro nutrients so we can help you out. There is no way your body is ready for AAS yet.

    I bet you a bottle of Test E you arnt eating enough. Post EXACTLY what you eat on a normal day here meal by meal and we can help you out.

    You cannot be eating as much as you think. It is like training... you have to constantly go up in weight/food consumption. Eat every two to three hours and learn to stuff yourself. When I was 180ish pounds I felt sick after eating... I had to train myself to eat big to get big. Trick your body to be hungry every few hours by just eating a few bits every two hours for a week or two and then look out. You will be hungry. I used a snickers the first couple of weeks then switched to protein drinks and other cleaner foods.

    I'll be looking for your exact daily diet in the DIET forum where you should focus your attention. This is the steroid forum which is about as useful to you now as a one legged man in an ass-kicking contest.
