Thread: When ending a cycle..

    When ending a cycle..

Do you lighten the load on the weight or continue to try and lift the heavy weight the aas gave you. I think that leads to injury to try and keep lifting the extreme heavy weight your body could not do before. Whats a good idea when ending a cycle, keep lifting heavy of what you gained and try and see if you can still do it?

Everyone is different. Some respond better to increased reps and lighter weight, some do better going heavy. It's all trial and error to find the right way for you as an individual. The important thing is to keep intensity high and keep cals up.

I try to lift the same. If my form starts slacking, I lower the weight.
