why post cycle hair loss?

This may seem dumb but it's been bothering me the whole day now, maybe when I see the answer I'l kick myself but.....

How is post cycle hairloss possible? how many people experience it?
I ask this because MPB is caused by an increase of testosterone wich gets converted to DHT right, and not by hormonal inbalances, wich is why people get post cycle acne, so after a test cycle their is now physicly LESS test in your system than when you were on the cycle, so less test that can get converted to DHT, so shouldn't this actually be better for your hair?
