    T3 - Rash on Penis -

    I started my cycle of T3

    20 mgs 4 days
    40 mgs 4 days
    60 mgs 4 days
    80 mgs 4 days
    100 mgs 10 days
    80 mgs 4 days
    60 mgs 4 days
    40 mgs 4 days
    20 mgs 4 days

    The third day of my 80mg dose I noticed a rash on the shaft of my penis and it has spread to my testes.

    I went to the doctor and he prescibed a topical antibiotic. Has anyone heard of T3 causing skin rashes.

    An outbreak of cold sores on my mouth also came out.

    They took blood for all types of diseases. He thinks its just a rash though.

    I'm really spooked because they are testing for HIV too. I havent put myself at risk to catch it but still nervous.

    Brew it sounds like herpes to me ... are they testing for that? I must be honest I have not heard of any alergies like that. Is it any where else like hives on your arms or legs etc?

    I did get hives from higher doses of T-3 (over 75mcg's/day). It is actually heat rash IMO and effects the area's of the body that are moist and rub against clothing. Did you feel slightly feverish???

    Mine went away in a matter of hours but came back everytime I overdosed the T-3. Lasted for like 3 hours at a time. Benadryl wiped it out in a matter of minutes.

    This does not sound T3 related. Your doses and ramping are appropriate, and there is no precedent for such an outbreak.

    It's also certainly not Herpes. The symptoms include raised open/closed lesions that are extremely painful due to their proximity to the many nerves on the penis, as well as a burning sensation during urination.

    Certainly discontinue use (ramp down), just in case you are having a reaction. Follow the doc's advice and keep on it, if it doesn't clear up, request a dermatologist referral.

    Thyroid hormone manipulation, what we engage in when administering T3 (4) or (5), is serious business. Depending on your dosage, sudden cessation of the drug will shock and possibly damage your thyroid gland, thus impairing its function. This is the reason we ramp to and from our plateau dosages. I hope you weren't up too high.

    It should not be caused by your T3. Just follow your doctors order, and slowly work your way off of the T3.

    Not good. You need to pyramid with T4 or T3.

    Personally, I'd see a doctor, and get your tyroid levels checked.

    Just stopping is REALLY bad.

    See a doc, and make sure there isn't any damage done by that.

    hey this is caused by T3...happened to me also but the rash was on my feet..upside of my feet....went away when i stopped the t3...dont know what it really caused because ive done many t3 cycles and only that one caused the rash...

    I've been getting a shaft problem too with this test E I'm taking. It seems to be a bad case of pitching tent every morning. And during the day, it also pulses when I talk to this one twenty four year old client as I can see her nipples through her shirt. What's with that shit?
