I am taking 30 mg of dbol a day and 500 mg sustanon a week. Also I am taking about .3 mg of Arimidex a day. The problem is I no longer have a jaw line and my face appears bloated. Am I doing something wrong??? Anything I can do to help?? Please help I am starting to look like a fat boy.

well, if .3 mg adex is not doing it, the only other thing that i would recommend would be aromasin..but in your case, im sure you're only running the dbol for a max of 4 wks, right? so i would just wait it out as most of that bloat should subside once you get of the dbol

Thanks.. Question even if I run enough anti-estrogens will the test always cause my face to look a little more bloated? Also anything diet wise or I can do to get rid of the water?

well, tren is definitely not to be taken lightly, and i would not recommend it for the purpose of keeping off bloat...what's the rest of your cycle experience?

I feel you homie, that moon face sucks!!! So heres the plan. You bump up that a-dex up to 1 mg, don't worry if your makin good gains, it won't affect your cycle that much, just reduce some of the water retetion.
Then you go out and get you some Taraxatone or some X-pel, or any other natural diuretic product with dandelion root(taraxacum) , caffenine, etc (tea will work to). I like Taraxatone, take the maximum does, stick to drinking just 6-8 cups of water a day. Do this for about a week or two, and it should get better. Don't worry about not drinkin enough water, your liver should be fine for a week or two, even with the d-bol.

letrozole gets rid of all water rentention for me, i use to get the fat face, but letro fixed that right up

Make sure your not taking creatine, If I ever take creatine during any cycle it goes straight to my face

I heard letro will put is great for aromatization, if your prone to water retention I would consider switching to it next cycle, instead of the a-dex, but keep your doses low it supposed to be really strong!

How bout we ask BG what his diet is like? Bloating is directly related to diet more than anything. Cardio and and a clean diet keeps the water off along with AIs. Especially on dbol. That stuff will make your face turn into a water balloon real fast if your diet is not good.

letro works good....other than that u are using something that is know for high water retention and bloat.......deal with it for the 4weeks other than the letro there is pretty much nothing else to do
