Stupid Question!
I am 27 6 foot 225 been waiting to bring bf% down to start my first cycle of Test only at 500mg a week 12 weeks. My question is I dont want to put much or any weight on at this point can I use Test as a cutter depending on diet and training? I am a newbie so flame away!

the cuttimg comes from deit and cardio
the test can help you not lose any muscle while doing so
If you can get your deit and cardio in check I would hold off on the test until your ready to bulk. JMO

I am trying like hell. I am at about 18% bf right now. Some people say wait until I am down to 10%. Any recomendations would help

I have looked into trying clen . Can anyone recommend dosage and length of time to stay on it. I have only seen the pics of it on this sight. It looks like a spray bottle. I guess their is so many mg a spray?

225lbs and 18% means 41.5lbs fm, and 184lbs lm.
I say this
250g protein a day
250g carbs a day
50g fat
2450 cals
cardio 4 days a week. 1 hour a day. i like to split em up when i do cardio. I do 1 30min, then like 8 hours later or when i get a chance i do 20-30 more mins.
maybe an e/c/a stack, or a thermo will help.

usually people lose 2-4 lbs a week. this will still take a while. give it 8-10 weeks. seems long but it isnt.

just keep it natural dude. take SC's advice. maybe bump up your cardio and recheck your caloric intake http://www.steroid.com/fitcalc.php ....remember, as you loose weight you need to lower your intake.

My diet is pretty close to what you just put up. I have a bit more cals not trying to lose all my muscle with the fat

ahh i see. i also have hgher when i cut.
I just cut from 273 down to 241, i have 8-9%bf or so. I am 6'5
i eat 300g protein, 300g carbs, 90g fat 3210 cals. i do cardio 5 days a week when cutting. 45mins -1 hour a day split into 2 sessions

i also used eca
25mg ephedrine,300 mg caffeine, 300mg aspirin. 3 times a day for last 8 weeks of cut.
also had 60mg synephrine 3 times a day to lower hunger.
