Do they hurt? Do you have to flex muscle to inject? Are there alot of veins in there? Its such a easy spot to have hand placement.

Ive never shot chest but you dont ever want to flex the muscle while shooting. It will just be harder to shoot and more pain later.
I've done chest and its no problem, just make sure you have enough muscle there.

- Yes it is.
i love hittin the pecs ....... so easy
chest is one of the easiest injects.
Pecs are a great place to inject. They are perfectly safe as opposed to what some parrots will tell you. Many people come in and say all this crap about bad injections sites such as biceps, calves, pecs but really they have no proof to back it up. I have never seen ONE of them report a medical problem they encountered when using one of those injection sites but rather heresay about more nerves or blood vessels which is just horseshit.
Pecs are by far my favorite spot followed by Delts, glutes and lastly thighs.
pec shots are painless the odd time a day or so later the pec i injected into looks bigger than the other one
isent that bad because isent your chest close to your heart.. when ur shooting juice it goes through your blood stream so wouldent the first place it go, is pump through your heart? does that make sense?![]()
Doesnt matter at all. Even if you shoot in your calves the blood from your calves will be back at your heart in about 2 seconds. There is absolutely no problem with doing pec shots. Your heart has nothing to do with it.Originally Posted by juicepig
