I THINK , that you need to give us your stats first please!!!
AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT,BF%, FOOD INTAKE ADN INTERVAL, LIFTING EXP, GOALS FOR THIS CYCLE, PREVIOUS CYCLES, PCT PROTOCAL
Then we can help you much better.
Also, I would suggest ALWAYS keeping your test does higher than deca
Also, you stated NOTHING about duration of each compound!!!

first we need stats, age, cycle experience, and all other info especially age.....secondly it is a teribile cycle, sust needs to be ran higher than deca dose, it should be ran for at least 10 weeks and 2-3 weeks longer than the deca aslo, your only getting like 15mg dbol a day, should be closer to 40mg, and only for 4 weeks....go back to the drawing board friend, this needs major work....
If this is your first cycle, drop everything and run 250mg-500mg sust ONLY for 8-10 weeks...see how your body reacts to that compound alone, it is the best base for any steroid cycle out there...so you need to see how you react to it alone....

well your 2nd cycle is the same as this cycle, excpet for the dbol, and that is still to low imo...also your 22 and have 3 cycles already????man cycles are not the answer, diet and training are clearly lackin if you are that young and have done 3 cycles, and still 190pounds....but i have a feeling that you will not listen if i tell ya not to do this cycle, and focus on a proper diet and training regimine for a year.
This is your plan if i where you...
week 1-12 sust 500mg week
week 1-10 deca 300mg week
week 1-4 dbol 40mg ed
Now before you think about doing what i wrote i want you to take a long look at the diet forum and see exactly what, when , and how much you should be eating of everything, that will make the difference in your gains, and you have to follow the diet for 6 monthst before you do this cycle, to see if you can follow it and to see what you can gain naturally...

remember no matter how hard you train, or how hard you cycle, your gains will suck if your caloric intake needs are not met...

You shouldn't be taking anything with only 1 1/2 years worth of training under your belt, it takes years to build a good solid base and if you do this correctly you will have alot better chance of building some good muscle when you do consider taking something and maintaining it,Originally Posted by STEGO

Anyways Im probably going to sounds pretty harsh here buts its pretty obvious you have no idea what you are doing. You really need to get into the training and diet forums where you can learn how to build yourself naturally. #1. You started doing AAS at 5'10" and 148lbs, which means you pretty much looked like a skeleton and had never even touched weights before...or...
#2. You have no idea what PCT is and are randomly running cycles and probably doing more harm than good to yourself, and in the process losing ALL of your gains and wasting all of that money.
Either way I say you need to stay away from AAS for about 3 years and train naturally.
