    Flu-like in mid-cycle....need advice

I've read where some AS can give you the flu...and I don't know if Var can do that or if I just flat out got sick...but I'm sick...and it's killin' a really good cycle I had goin' here..

What's the fastest way outta here? Stop gear? Stop caridio? Stop lifting? A combo of these? Or all the above?

It's been 4 days and everytime I feel a little better...I hit the gym then (it seems) I go downhill again...

I gotta get back on track fast...anybody with some insight pls comment...

Only a virus can give you the flu. Gear (unless infected) can't.
You can be suffering from an allergy.

NO, it is MOST LIKELY due to introducing the foreign compounds into your body.

YES TEST FLU!! Try to push through it. Fluids, rest , the whole nine yards. I wouldnt' quit my cycle over it though.
If you don't seem to be getting better in a couple of days, you may want to see your doctor!!

thx for the input....I wasn't planning on quitting all together just wasn't sure from threads that came up in my search if ppl laid off until it passed or continued normal doses and workout schedule...since diet is VERY hard to maintain...but I'll maintain for the next couple days and see how it goes.

I get flu like symptoms here and there throughout my cycles for some reason. Not real bad but just enough to bring me down. I do run longer cycles though. I just take it easy for a few days and push through it. I wouldn't stop your cycle though.

    Sman is on as usual.
And yes depending on severity, you may necessarily have to take a few days off because it can get just that bad. But light shines eternal, your synthetics are eventually accepted, and less a nagging cough (which may persist for weeks) you'll be back on the saddle or, er, ah bench.

Like Sman said, treat as you would any cold.

Yes. Speech interrupting coughs, chills (often alternated with hot flashes/sweats), fever, loss of appetite, extreme fatigue, etc. However, you should not have any upper respiratory congestion, this is a significant departure from allergies. I’ll never know how people confuse the two.
