    Hey yall. question... Is there any vitamin or anything like that that i can take to reduce the size of my veins in my forearms? theyre huge and i hate it. they pop right out.

    most people want more veins, not to take them away.. I dont think there is anything you can really take for this.. mostly genetic.. but bump 4 more opinions..

    Well you could get FAT, and that would hide your veins. But as lift said, I dont think there is a supp that will make them smaller. Sorry
