    Is it a must ?

i stopped my cycle due of injury at the end of week 3 so decided to do a pct pf nolva using 20mg ed for 3 weeks a friend at the gym told me that all i did was 3 weeks only of test prop so no need for pct , i told him he may be right but i'd rather be in the safe side , don't you all agree with me ?

Yes I agree ..if you had to stop go ahead and do your pct...no need to take chances.
