small lump on t prop

Hey all ... I recently noticed this lump above my bi and below my delt. I shot in my delt on saturday and today its still there. it isnt noticable just red and iritates me. I was wondering what can i do to reduce it and what not? thanks

Go to the doctor,if you dont wana do that you can massage it and apply heat and hope for the best, you really should go to doc tho!

determine if its the early signs of an absess.. seems to me like you havent been so proper on injecting or steralizing. Could be an infection and inflammation is a good indicator of that. Im doubting its an allergic rxn. Sorry bout all of this but its seeming to be a situation that needs to be placed into a doctors hands. And believe me, he will immediately be able to figure out what you are doing to get it if in fact its an infection or early signs of an absess so dont try and play the b12 thing or anything else. well i wouldnt lie to a doctor , that cant do anythign about me being on a steroid. Ive been very clean in my injections , wipe clean the test bottle , in ject needle , wipe clean my injection site , pop in needle , check for blood , inject prop pull out and clean spot again. Can air bubbles have anything to do with this ? I always have an air bubble like towards the top , also could it maybe have been my injection angle? im going to give this lump on my arm the weekend and see what happens , its not protruding or anything , just a little red now and somewhat smaller.
