Clen is good. Start slow and build up a bit. .02mcg for a few days then .04 i would never exceed .08. I like the 2 on 2 off method personaly. I also run the T3 on the off days. Also when i take clen i buy Pesudephed or however the hell you spell it. I take that a few hours before bed. Seems to counter act the effect that keeps me up and wired all night.

considering clen has a half-life of about 36 hours, 2 on and 2 off method is pointless. also, think you meant 20mcg rather than .02mcg.

as far as running t3, just run it along with the clen. my personal suggestion is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. split your dose of t3 into 2 or 3 doses throughout the day since it's half-life is shorter. clen can be taken either divided or split up. either way cause of it's long half-life, it won't make too much of a difference.

research both chems extensively before jumping into taking them. they are both fairly well tolerated when properly used and proper precautionary measures are taken.

yeh 2 weeks on 2 weeks off good way, you can use an ECA stack in the weeks off, somepeople take it for 8 straight weeks using benadrel (mind the spelling) every 3rd week too refresh the receptors.(never used it that way myself so cant compare the two)

Why didn't u diet and get all the fat off and such while you were on that cutting cycle? You could have used clen then as well.

as far as using eca between the weeks off, no good. eca and clen hit the same exact beta-2 receptors. saying as that time off is intended to help refresh those receptors, switching from one compound to another that hits them will defy the point.

as far as benadryl, diphenhydramine hcl is what you're actually looking for. it's the active ingredient in benadryl, but you can also find it for much cheaper in other allergy and sleep-aid medicines. i get the equate brand for less than 1/8th the cost of the same amount from benadryl.

i personally use my diphen for occasional insomnia, and have never used it to refresh the beta-2 receptors. however, as far as how effective it actually is seems very controversial. some people say it didn't do anything and the clens effectiveness continued to diminish despite using the diphen, while others swear by how great it works. have to see for yourself if it will work for you.

one thing that does seem to unquestionably work is ketotifen. if you find the right research labs, you can even find clen in combo with keto, though from what i've seen, keto is quite pricey and not sure if it's worth it. personally, i'd rather give my heart the break from the clen with the 2 week on, 2 week off method when using clen.

no prob bro. i know many people still switch back and forth between eca and clen but i know the ephedra in the eca hits those beta-2's just like the clen.

just want to make sure you get the most for your money there by not getting such receptor downgrade that the stuff goes to waste.
