    ED Workouts While on Cycle?

Some people claim that one should attend the gym ED while on cycle to benefit as much as possible during a steroid cycle. I guess this depends on what are the goals of each person.
As is already said, in order to bulk the <<rule>> is to train 3-4 days a week, using progressively heavy weights.
Another <<rule>> which refers to Cutting requires more cardio, more reps, more sets but less weight.
Should these gudlines be followed while on cycle as they were when off cycle?

Growth occurs durring rest, not durring training. If you're in the gym ED, you're overtraining, steroids or not.

Train as hard and intensely as possible regardless of on or off cycle, find out what works for you to build muscle tissue and maintain and stick with it, get in tune with your body and you will know the answer.

I also believe that general rules don't necesary apply to alla in the same way, since everyone is genetically different.
One should find out what works best for him, keeping in mind the basics of training
