each pill is 10 mg...i just started taking 2 a day yesterday and will continue that...think thats a good idea?

If they are still sore taking 2 then increase the dosage until they are ok.

alright thanx man...is there any time that i should lay off the juice for a lil....and uping the dosage even another time if i have too wont be a bad thing?

If nolva at 20-30mg per day doesnt do the trick then use Letro or aromasin...
