guys my cycle consists of 200mg deca 100mg t350 once a week....Now should the t350 be of an equal amount to the deca like 200mg-deca-200mg-t350 a week...Also im wanting to up the dosage to 400mg deca a week(so should it be like4like??) ie..400mg-deca-400mg-t350.....Also since i was told to take tamoxifen after the cycle as apposed to run with the cycle havnt started taking them yet????Now ive bin told i should be taking them with the cycle...WELL WHEN DO I TAKE THEM AND HOW MANY??PLEASE

You should stop everything and spend some time learning on this site. Do a search on PCT. Also look at the education threads. You are experimenting with illegal drugs and you are not using a lab rat you are using your own body. This is nothing to be taking lightly.

stats are as follows...age 30 training 10 yrs-wieght 180pounds diet consists of fish lean meats pasta rice no dairy products loads of protien training 4 times a week...results so far a pleasing and good done lots of research just need to get it right..No cycle history this is my first real one

in all honesty i feel that test is a very weak steroid..
i feel its good for keeping u NORMAL by replacing ur surpressed endogenous test w/ a synthetic exogenous form. hence why test should always be base
but at wat dose.. i feel that anywhere from 100-500mg/wk is ample when ur running it for weiner support...
so IMO i would run 200mg test/wk and 200-400mg deca /wk since deca is going to give u the REAL GAINS where as test is just going to make u insanely horny and give u bulletproof boners

But even after that I would not be jumping into a cycle blind like you seem to be. It seems like you are in a rush or something, take it easy man, do some research first. You clearly aren't ready for AAS mentally.
