    almost 2 weeks in and???

    okay im almost 2 weeks into my tbol sustanon cycle... and im not feeling any affects on my muscle growth.. am i being too impatient? the doses are 500mgs sustanon and 40mgs tbol should i up the tbol to 60mgs? and the only symptoms i have noticed so far is increased sweating,smaller balls, oiler face and better sleep are those good signs that its gonna kick in soon?

    Two weeks in with sust sounds like you should be feeling it , at least the shorter esters, it will take 4-6 weeks to totally kick in so be patient.

    Is this your first cycle?
    what is your diet like? That has a lot to do with it, and your training

    first cycle im 5'11 190 im getting about 220 grams a proteins and about the same in carbs , about 60 or so fat with most of them being poly or monos.. the things is im not that hungary

    I wouldn't bump the tbol, just wait a bit, the Sust will kick on you here in the next week or two and you will be flying. The fact that you are getting some sides is evidince the stuff is starting to do it's job. Also remember, you see you every single second of every day, you may not notice subtle changes so take measurements and weigh yourself to get a real reading of what is going on.

    do you notice bigger pumps, you might not just be growing yet, but a good indication would be some intense pumps. even crazy lower back pumps that you usually dont get are a good indication esp since ur on tbol.

    Take a look at your diet man. We're not even talking 2500kcals. You need eat more........ A LOT more. The lack of appetite is most likely from the tbol. It has that affect on some people.

    you need alomst twice the amount of carbs youre currently eating.
