losing weight!!!! Help!!!
Hey guys, im on my lsat week of my test deca cycle...and I was just wondering when one usually begins to lose gaains...I havent lost muhc yet, just 2-3 pounds....but im in week 12....I droped the deca 2 weeks ago, so maybe this is the reason? Anyways....hit me up with your opinions, thanks!

yeah thats what I was thinkin....i got food poisioning a few days ago...im pretty sure thats when it all started :S ....

People need to stop looking at the fuggin scale and start looking in the mirror. Bodybuilding isn't a bodyweight contest. It's a symetrics contest if anything. Strength, size and vascularity is the scale.

personally with deca and test i find i start to lose gains post cycle around week 8 and ive lost all im going to lose by week 12
