    before or after meal....?

    I wanted to know if it matters if you take Bbol's before or after meals???

    i take it after i eat
    if i take dbol on an empty stomach i get pains,and gas

    yeah i take the pill after i eat.. if i don't, in the begining i usually got nasea in my stomach.. not bad, but i felt it.
