    First Cycle In A Long Long Time

    Does this sound good. I am 5'11" 230lbs 12-15%bodyfat and 26years old. I am going to use EQ at 200-300mg a week for 12 weeks, tren at 200mgs a week for 8 weeks, winny tabs at 20 mgs a day for 8 weeks, and for the final 4 weeks halo tabs at 20mgs a day. I am also using clen 2 days on 2 days off throughout the cycle. Any help would be very useful/ THanks

    plz dont even start w/ that stuff yet or TREN
    test/EQ is most ideal
    but since u dont know that ur not even close to being ready.. first go read all the profiles then read educational threads then come back compose a DECEANT CYCLE and we will critique.. but like i said.. U GOT ALOT OF WORK TO DO.. i say ur bout 6-12weeks away from knowing everything u need to know

    I did 2 cycle in when i was 19 and 20. Test and d-bol was my first and the second one was fina, test and deca. I gained alot and kept most of it and i am 26 now. I had an itch to do another cycle and got my hands on all this gear which is legit. I just want to cut up a bit and need a little boost. Does this sound good or not?????

    Hang around like Tai said, youl be happy you did because you will gain enough knowledge quickly to set up and dose your cycle yourself properly.

    I thought halo helps to harden up muscle and increase strength??? am i right or wrong???? i wanted to do it at the end because i trying to lean and this sounded like a good compound to use at the end

    If you haven't cycled in 6 years you don't need all them compounds especially ran like you have suggested, if the goal is cut up a bit id concentrate on your diet/cardio, it doesn't mean if you can get your hands on all that stuff that you have to use it,

    Concentrate on the diet/cardio and then when you have reached a level your happy with, you could consider using something to put some LBM on, but id defo think 1 or two compounds would be enough.

    Agreed.Halo tren mixture is very aggresive one, might be a bit hard to handle not cycling for a while. What are you goals also and past cycles.

    he isnt even doing the halo tren proplery and running halo right after win.. ><
    he needs to pick 2 compounds RESEARCH da shit outta them and then compose a deceant cycle preferrably w/ matching ester legnths and posssibly an oral jumpstart if they are long estered

    I hear ya, I have never ran halo, will next time, but I will use it when I switch to prop for second half of cycle for strength boost, not sure what he thought he was going to get out of it at the end of cycle.

    Like i said i am 5'11" 230lbs and 12-15% bodyfat. Everyone always asks me if im on the juice already so I consider myself in fairly good shape. I know im not ripped or anything but from what ive read these compounds would be good at doing the job. should i just run a stack of tren and winny then???

    and i am dieting and doing 45mins to an hour of cardio once or twice a day

    AAS wont make you ripped, some do assist with the appearance but for ripped/cut you need to diet and cardio,

    If the goal is cut up abit id concentrate on your diet/cardio and get to a decent level what your happy with, then consider taking something to put some LBM on

    thanks everyone for the help i really do appreciate it. It does seem though everyone i talk to has a different opinion but on this board you guys seem to know your shit. The guy i bought this stuff off of said this was the way to do it so i was just lookin for other opinions but really i dont know who to believe???
