Whats the real reason??

I have been searching into this for awhile and eveybody seem to have diffrent views on it.. What causes low sex drive while on cycle?? I have done 6 cycles in the past four years. My first few cycles my sex drive was very high.. It seems the last few cycles ( using test ) my sex drive is no where like it was before..I do get good gains and my stuff comes from a legit compounding pharmacy but the sex drive is just not there.. I have used HCG while on to try to help but no luck.. Is it normal to have low sex drive while using test?? I mean dont most peoples go through the roof while on?? What would cause sex drive to be very low but gains very good????

Ive never had a low sex drive while on a cycle of test, ive had problems when ive come off but never while on, i cant see how this would happen when your injecting test,

I think a good reason why, is due to high levels of Progesterone. Its even been used to help prevent male sex attackers re-offending. Low testosterone levels will obviously yield a low sex drive also.

damn no sex drive while using HCG ..... id skin pop that s h i t and 2 mins later id be pitching a tent.... you could be depressed and it could be just mental

Whats weird is when I used deca in the past with test of course my sex drive was very high. I have been using mostly test and some winny. My last cycle I used 75mg of prop ED ( i am still responding to low doses as far as gains so have not bumped my dose up yet). I use adex usally ( i know to low of estrogen can bonk sex drive but i dont think thats the problem if i lay of the adex sex drive is still low). I have not used tren yet or any type of progesterone type AAS. I remeber pinn and sypwizard saying they have had low sex drive while on cycle but have been searching and cant find the post.. Again I get my gear from one of the largest compounding pharmacys in the US so this should not be the problem... It does seem weird when using vet grade products my sex drive was high.... What the hell is up with that??? Anyone else had low sex drive while on cycle?? Also having to high of an estrogen level can cause low sex drive so i dunno what the deal is!!!

If estrogen levels gets high, low libido will occur, even if you inject a load of test. So, using an AI is smart. The same with progesterone, those are the two most commen things that can give libido-problems.

I have also played with the adex dose to try to see if it was that. I will try some letro as maybe this will help if it is a progesterone problem.. Letro will lower progesterone receptors so might help.. Any other input on what can cause this to happen??

a-dex will definatly kill ur sex drive you should try bringing the doseage down to maybe .25mgs...... what dose are you at now?

I have tried .25 mg ED .25 mg EOD .5 mg EOD and so on .. I allow time for the blood plasma level to adjust also but it does not seem to matter.. Only thing I can think is maybe the compounding pharmacy is under dosing the test.... Any thing else that could cause this ?????

Try Proviron 50mgs ed, I can almost guranti that it will help. It will lower estrogen, and give you more DHT-stimulation. Libido in men is an DHT-dependent effect mostly, which is what testosterone converts too(together with estrogen). Proviron has a structure similar to DHT.

I was thinking prov also but they dont compound it !!!! Do you think a legit compounding pharm would underdose there stuff??

I guess the only way to find out for sure is to have it lab-tested.

Interesting.. Thats what pinn told me . He said when he just cruises at a low dose of test his sex drive is high but when he bumps it up to do a cycle he sex drive gets alot lower.. That would explain the reason I still get good gains but low sex drive...

All steroids lower T3, which in turn increase prolactin. Caber is safe and cheap so running it on cycle (all) is ok.

I felt the same on the 7th week of my test e cycle (45mg dianabol first 4 weeks to jumpstart then 750 mg Test e , 400mg primo per week, 50mg winnie ED + running arimidex @ 1mg EOD as of week 5 to reduce water bloat and sides from dianabol...), although the first 5 weeks were awesome in terms of libido and duration of erections...then things started regressing...although on the muscle gains side, I was doing marvellously well, thank God...after some research, I added proviron at 50mg ED and what do u know...3rd day after addition of prov, i was back on track so to say....even to a certain extent better coz I could go on for up to 4 consecutive "sessions" without any problem...ol' lady thought I was on cialis or something...currently, im in week 9, still got 3 weeks to go and looking at at anything remotely feminine will give me a hard on...add to it I teach at a university u can get the picture...thank god Its summer and I'm not giving summer classees hehehehe

Keep in mind that Proviron is an effective anti-e so using it may go back to your original concern about too much esrtrogen, which is never a good thing anyway. That also may be why higher doses of test lower sex drive due to the resultant higher estrogen. Seems like there has to be a kind of delicate balance to make it all work right.
