It start's to work the first day
How much do you need depend's on how long you intened to run it and at what dose
Clen is usualy ran 2 week's on then 2week's off
Or 6-8 week's straight while using benadryl every third week

just gettin my bf down a lil b4 i run my next cycle but i was only gonna use one bottle then run my cycle

Make sure your diet and training are bot spot on. Once that is settled you can easily drop 1-2% in a 4-6 week run of Clen.
