Make sure your diet and training are bot spot on. Once that is settled you can easily drop 1-2% in a 4-6 week run of Clen .

I am running clen 2 wks on and 2 wks off right now and it seems to be working great. I am a few weeks in and already seeing the difference. Thanks ARR
