Looking for some advise

First off let me tell u my stats 21 6'3" 185 lbs. I am currently on a test eq cycles. I am running 500mg or test e and 400mg of eq a week. Mon TGhursday injections. I am also running 10mg or Nolva ed. I have had some puffy nipples, or a small case of gyno before hand. When i started taking to nolva they got a little better. I am going to start week 4 tomorrow, my nipples seam to be a bit more puffy. I was wondering if there was anything i could do to stop this. Also i do not want the preexisisting gno to get worse. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

My advice is to get off cycle and train naturally. But you wont do that so just get a good AI...a-dex, letro, aromasin.

Can i run nolva and say liqudex or letro at the same time. And is it to late to start them. Also givin my cycle how much should i Run. Also do you think i should up the nolva to 20mg ed. I know im asking a million questions but i worry. Thanks for the info man

Read Bino's post. 183 and 6'3", train naturally and get your diet down...no offense but at those stats you would look like a toothpick.

Thanks guys. I know i should have done more reasearch, I thought i would be good with the nolva. See i was 6'3" and 215. i got really sick and was not able to lift or eat for months. For me it is near impossible to gain weight. I had myself on a 5000 calorie diet and i was still not gaining weight. So that is why i weigh so less now. I know i should have gave it more time, but it sux being scrawny. Well thanks for all the help guys and i will get one of the Ais and keep u posted.

if you were this before you was sick you would have been able to get back there naturally again mate,it may have taken some time but you woulda got there.

You dont need to run them at the same time, but you could. I think its pointless especially if you are using letro. Anyways, since you dont have full blown gyno it seems I dont think you need to do a full reversal. Just get on of the AI's I listed and when you tell us which one we can help you with dosing.

But honestly man, I cant stress enough that you started this cycle very prematurely.
