My 1st Injection

Injected 250mg of test enan and eveything went smoother then i had expected. There was a little bit of blood that came out when I removed the needle but I think this was because I was shaking and couldn't keep the needle still.
I've got absolutely no pain or soreness but I guess that might change tommorow.

How are you guys able to aspirate with one hand?
Do you hold the syringe with your fore finger and middle finger and push back with your thumb? I was trying to do this and had a really hard time pulling it back while keeping the needle steady at the same time.

If so like you stated above I hold the syringe between the fore and middle finger and use my thumb to aspirate and inject with

Just have some patiance it will get easier with time

Because I'm right handed and jittery, I'm not looking forward to my next inject into the left cheek. Any advice?

Ya, quit being a pansy
Do the quads.
Espeacialy for only 250mg.
Total control, easy aspiration....love it.
Hint: upper and to the outside of the quad for injection.
