i take a lot of vitamins and other stuff just to stay healthy but everytime i read something new it says take something else can someone with some experince help me out and tell me what they take on a day to day basis

Yeah, its easy to get lost in the avalanche of supplements.

Digestive enzymes
Acidophilus
Milk Thistle

as far as your question, moe here seems to have gotten it. get a good comprehensive multi. not a "walmart multi". one that is made specifically for people with very active lifestyles. personally, i use vitamin worlds "ultra vita man".
as far as efa's, flaxseed oils or fish oils will do. i prefer flax as i can get it real cheap in bulk. it's best taken right before bed with some cottage cheese or other slow-digesting protein. as far as cooking oils, stick with either extra virgin olive oil or grape seed oil. i personally prefer grape seed as it can cook at a higher temp without burning. with how much i'm cooking, the quicker i can get something heated up, the better.
digestive enzymes are a must if you don't want to be smelling like a cespool all day long. i used to get the worst gas, especially when bulking up. now i take digestive enzymes with almost every meal and i hardly get gas at all. i use a multi-enzyme formula.
as far as everything else, think that all depends on what you have going on at the time. milk thistle is a necessity IMO for people taking oral gear (aka alkylated). the vit c,b and e's should all be in a decent multi at acceptable levels.
i use inject b-12, but that's not really a must. you can do a thread search to find out more about what it could potentially do for you.
wats the name of the multi enzyme u take and could u guys maybe tell me the dosages u take of all the supps next time i will post it in the right place sry
