i did a shot about a week ago of winni and my arm got very red, hot and hard...it has been like this for a few days so i havent b een hitting that spot...it looks like it has gone down a lot since ......what do u think happened and what do u recommend i do?

Winny can hurt. Doesn't sound like an infection. Keep an eye on it. Add heat and massage. You can cut it with some sterile oil or B-12.

i had the same thing about 2 years ago and went to the docs it turned out to be a infection gave me some anti biotics and within a week it had virtuall gone...
