    i got the ar clen was wondering how many sprays to take and when to take it

    1 squirt=20mcgs

    Keep stepping up each day to 120mcgs. If the sides are too bad then back it down some.

    Good call. I get too shakey at night. I take it in the morning after my shake ( no pun intended ) It's also very important to drink plenty of water while running clen . The more water you drink, the less you shake. And just because you don't feel yourself shaking, doesn't mean the damn stuff aint working. Its working all right. I just finished a two week cycle and it cutt me up quite nice. Just in time for vacation Um, also you need to supplement taurine and potassium while runnig clen, mostly taurine. 3-5 grams ed.

    I would jsut go to the drug store adn get an oral syringe, that way you can better dose it accurately. personally I didn't have any luck with Ar's clen , seemed way underdosed, but maybe I just got a bad batch!! Good Luck
