i got the ar clen was wondering how many sprays to take and when to take it

1 squirt=20mcgs

Keep stepping up each day to 120mcgs. If the sides are too bad then back it down some.

20/40/60/80/100/120

Good call. I get too shakey at night. I take it in the morning after my shake ( no pun intended ) It's also very important to drink plenty of water while running clen. The more water you drink, the less you shake. And just because you don't feel yourself shaking, doesn't mean the damn stuff aint working. Its working all right. I just finished a two week cycle and it cutt me up quite nice. Just in time for vacation Um, also you need to supplement taurine and potassium while runnig clen, mostly taurine. 3-5 grams ed.

I would jsut go to the drug store adn get an oral syringe, that way you can better dose it accurately. personally I didn't have any luck with Ar's clen, seemed way underdosed, but maybe I just got a bad batch!! Good Luck
