Proviron as an AI

Not really going to use Proviron as an AI but possibly in conjunction with one. But that greatly depends on how much Proviron helps with aromatase.

Here's the question:

How much does Proviron reduce aromatase. For instance we know that certain AI's can reduce aromatase from 58% to 98% etc....

What would dose of 25mg do? 50mg?

Perhaps there is no hard number, but what is everyones exerience using Proviron on cycle? Did you feel the need to add in an AI?

I'm really glad you have asked this question as I was about too.

I have never seen a certain % on how much it reduces estrogen. I do know for me it has kept me dry on 25mg/ED whilst on Test Enan 500mg/wk. There was some water retention as weight was lost post cycle, but not a lot, perhaps 3-5lbs.

I would also really like to know how much it actually reduces levels of estrogen.

I'm going to e-mail Hooker I think, thats if nothing turns up here?

You have to do what you have to do, but I've never seen any numbers as to any % proviron reduces estrogen.

For testosterone; 1mg proviron per 10 mg testosterone, is whats recomended to keep estrogen at normal values.

I think Proviron is a very underrated AI, personally I think its really effective at reducing bloat aswell as estrogen, atleast for me...

Yet to try it during cycle but thought it was great with PCT.. deff use it again @ 100mg/day.. If used during cycle probably 50mg/day.

25mg/ED whilst "on" seemed to eliminate bloat for me. Then 50mg/ED during PCT.

Good point but it's hard to say, what may be too low for one might be perfect for another.. Probably more of a trial and error thing to figure out how it would work.

proviron is not an aromatase inhibitor per se, it can reduce aromatase production. All of its effects are via modulation of the ER(Estrogen Receptor) expression and activity. Much in the same way that DHT modulates ER expression and activity.
