Exclamation B-Complex overdose

Just got my B-complex in from a Vet supply shop, the composition of one ml is

(B1) Thaimine 12.5mg
(B3) Niacinamide 12.5mg
(B6) ridoxine Hydochioride 5.0mg
(B5) d-Panthenol 5.0mg
(B2) Riboflavin 2.0mg
(B12) Cyanocobalamin 1000mcg

The dosages of Thaimine, and Niacinamide looked high to me, did a quick search this is what i found

Niacin B3 17mg ED is recomended dosage so thats safe.

But
Symptoms of a thiamine overdose may include a feeling of warmth, weakness, sweating, nausea, restlessness, difficulty breathing, tightness of the throat, bluish colored skin, and death <--WTF

I read you should be taking about 1mg ED of B1 (recommended)

Can somone please give me a break down as to how much I should be using?, is 12.5mg B1 ED going to kill me

I also found this site, im pretty sure if im running in therapeutic range i should be alright but i want second opionions just to be safe

Dont worry at all man. Not at all, that is unless your doc has told you otherwise about your B1 intake. But havent you ever heard of B50 or even B100 complexes? In those you are getting 50mg and 100mg of B1 respectively.

I personally take 30mg B1 everyday. Many many people use B complex vitamin supplements and like I said they are then getting 50mg or even 100mg B1 per day. Its very common.

Can't understand why you would buy from a Vet supply store. What's wrong with Wal Mart. Human grade don't cost that much.

All B vitamins are water soluble, and are dispersed throughout the body in the urine. which turns it in a light yellow color

Thought everyone knew that B vitamins were water soluble, ergo: you can´t overdoze vitamin b's

there are safe limits for B-vitamins also and also a estimated single toxic dose... for example b-6 vitamin estimated safe long term usage dose was 200 mg if i remember correctly.. the doses with these watersoluble vitamins are quite high though, usually u cant overdose on multivitamin preparates..
