Urine test

Did a search and can't find what they test for in urine.
I have a buddy who got popped with a urine test at work and they ARE testing for steroids. He has been off since Feb but the dumbass can't even remember what he was on.

So from what I gather he will be ok if he was on Testosterone, but not if he was on Deca or EQ?

And they look for Metobolites? what are these if someone knows?

Common AAS detection times http://steroid.com/detect.php but it is pretty much useless if he can't remember what he took.

So the detection times in that link, they are detected through urine? or blood?

Seems to me that a urine test would only tell you if you were curently on.

no one knows if they take urine or blood to tell if you did a cycle months ago?
