Girl weight lost
A chick I know has been working out hard and eating well for the past year. She was around 190lbs and now is 140lbs, it seems like she has plateau. She would like to lose the last 15lbs and tighten up the lose fat.
What would you recommend for her to take?
What would you recommend her to do to tighten up the lose fat (There is very little)?

tell her congrats on the weight loss. keep up the healthy eating and diet. she could take clen .

I would recommend that she stop cheating altogether.........I have cut upwards of 10% BF and never plateued. The leaner you get, the cleaner your diet has to be. AM cardio on an empty stomach and maybe a thermogenic 30 minutes before am cardio. Tell her to wait 30 min after am cardio and then eat Pro/carb meal.
She probably could improve alot of what she is doing, hence the thought that she is "plateuing". I don't believe this is the case...........
Tell her to get on this site and do some research and I guarantee the results will continue to roll after tweaking a few things she is doing wrong.

I would not advise clen at this point..........not until we prove out that her diet/cardio are in tip top shape (which is doubtful)

eat less crap, eat more protein, more cardio and strength training maybe and ephedra suppliment.

Thanks for all the replys. I know she has a very good diet, I dont have the information with me but I know there is no cheating. I good point was made that 60 minutes of Cardio the body will get use to it. I know her routine has not changed much and I know that is a problem which I am going to help her change, I will go over her diet with her also but I know it is very impressive.
At this point I wouldnt recommend Clen but I was thinking Hydroycut(women) would give her a boost with a tweak in her routine.

just remember that your body need carbs to burn fat.
I think it´s about *1,25, I did learn some biochemical in high school, but it´s all fussy
so for 1 pound of fat, you would need 1.25 pounds of carbs
Anyone want to back me up on this ?

There is good carbs in the diet, it is a very well organized diet. I am going to up the train time and she only trains 60minutes/day 5 times a week, I know an extra 30min-60min/ day will help.
Any suggestions on what to take to up the results?

I would use ephedra free hydroxycut...........or even better for fat loss would be ephedra free xenadrine IMO. DOn't know if you can get your hands on Xenadrine, but it's similar to Hydroxy......Take before am cardio and/or workout.
Make sure she is doing morning cardio ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. Will reap HUGE results for fat loss.

Thanks Pie. She is doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.
I was going to add in some more training later on in the evening with weight training and alittle more cardio.
I can get Hyroxywith no ephedra, do you think this is fine?
