    pre contest question!!help!!!

    My wife is 4 weeks out and is running 20mgs of winny ed.(figure) Now she is also taking clen 160mgs day. She usually takes a water pill 14 days out from contest but should she still with what shes on now and would you reccomend letro as i here it keeps the water off. Any advice competition people. ALso she is 5,7 135lbs prob 13%bf. THanks

    Hmm 14 days out... i wouldnt try to manipulate water levels at this point, i think she should just wait till 1-2 days out to drop the water levels, or she could use aldactone and start that 1 wk out to keep water down....
