    Chest Injections

    Is a 1"" pin ok for chest and is there a pic of the exact area or do I just put it in the baseball sized muscle above my nipple?

    Find the "meatiest" part and stick it in. Usually for me this is an inch medially and an inch superior to the nipple. 1inch is fine.

    chest is one of the less painful spots to inject i find
