Deca-Durablin????
I have been thinking about taking deca for some time now. This will be my first time taking any injectables. Yet my friends have done them, and well they know pretty much what to do. I guess i am just asking for more infromation on everything. For instance what would be the best place to inject deca. Butt, shoulder,glue,etc. Also what are some supplemts you all would suggest. To get maxium gains out of my cycle? Right now i weight 175 i am wanting to be 195 to 200 by the end of my cycle is this possible? Please help. Thank you.

you must help yourself first bro.. run a search on deca .. it seems you dont have the slightest clue about what it is or does.. not trying to be a dick but thats the truth

and deca is mostly ran with test alongside to combat sexual dysfunction, mood, etc... so you can look up test also

I understand what test and deca do. I understand for the most part that deca is more for cutting and test is more for mass. What i am trying to say is that is i up my calorie intake and protein intake. Spend long hard hours at the gym you dont think i can gain 20 pounds?

btw, all types of gear can be used for bulking or cutting. some are more effective than others. but the most important thing that decides whether you're gonna be bulking or cutting is your diet.

Hear is the thing i dont know. That maybe you can help me with. I sometimes have anger problems. Well alot of rage. Is deca know to set people off do you know. Cause if that is the case i better just stay home.

yea, quads are just so easy to hit up ya know?
ive heard of guys hitting up their shoulders and biceps. that just doesnt sound good to me. id rather keep hitting my quads.

this is a pretty standard dose for beginners.. some people run more, some less..

man, after all the test prop ive shot up, i got alot of scar tissue in my quads. it feels like im stickin the needle into a ball of rubber bands or something

Yea i figured i want to bulk up about 200,210 then cut up. Right now i am 5'11 6 foot and about 170 175. So i hope fully can put on a good thrity pounds in my cycle then i would be really happy.
