Is ANASTROZOLE Arimidex ?

Is ANASTROZOLE another name for Arimidex ? And Also is L-Dex another name for arimidex ? ie: L-Dex from AR-R

My understanding it is but several times on here there have been some posts that say it is different. Maybe someone the higher ups can clarify.

Ok I will break it down for all.

Anastrozole = arimidex = a-dex = liquidex = l-dex
Exemestane = aromasin
Femara = letrozole = letro

I think these three AI's are the most commonly fumbled.
