First of all. Please don't bash me or tell me to look at other threads. I have done hours of research on this site. Most threads are full of information, some are not so good.
Anyway, I am going to give you my stats 1st:
-5'9 190 lbs
-28 years old
-Worked out heavy for over 10 years
-work out about 1 to 2 hours a night
-Good nutrition (need to up my protein intake, currently about 160 grams daily)
Most people think i am on steriods right now. Almost everyone assumes. What they don't know is that I have never tried them. But thats about to change.
I just ordered two 20s of deca and test enanthate for my first stack. Being that I am not looking for amazing results within 2 weeks, I am going to start off slow. My body fat is probably 12 to 14% and I do NOT want that to skyrocket.
For my first stack I was thinking of taking 400 deca a week and 400 test a week.
FIRST QUESTION: Should I work up to that (ie 200 of each a week?)
SECOND QUESTION: I know most people use deca for bulking and all use test for bulk, but what should I expect from 400 of each for my 1st cycle?
THIRD QUESTION: My goal is NOT to become a 300 monster. I am trying to cut 5 more pounds before starting (taking my weight to 185). Ideally, I want to put on 10 pounds of rock hard muscle. Is that possible with a good diet and this for my first stack?
I know to some, these may be dumb questions. I have done lots of research on here and know more than most newbies starting out. I just want to get some good feedback from you veterans out there.
