i here alot of bad things about the board sponsor (ars) igf and i cant find any threds about people using it and what results thay have had Has anyone used it and had positive affects ,is it worth the money

You would probably get a better response if you posted this in the appropriate forum. Thats why you are not getting replies. This is the AAS question and answer forum. Either put this in the IGF forum or better yet in the AR-R question and answers forum.

i posted it there to and no one will answer im starting to beleave the stuff im hearing about the other mods leaving do to ar scams and so on but i cant say anymore or this thred will just be deleated

I just started taking some... I'll let you know in a couple weeks. FWIW, I've heard pretty good things about it. I hear it's great to run it during PCT also.

Many guys run igf during pct and alot of guys use it pre contest.I personally cannot use it cause i'm diabetic.....many have reported no muscle gain...yet there have been fat loss...i'd say try it and see how it works for you.
