i think nothing wrong with that, maybe because you hace drinking lots of water, and i heard that drinking lots of water and eating lots of red meat increases creatine level.

yeh sounds pretty right but i just wanna know if anyother people with reasonable muscle mass have been told they have higher than normal creatine levels, because otherwise it could be a kidney problem for me

as far as drinking lots of water that will lower your creatinine levels...that is how people who try to flush their systems out for drug tests and such end up getting caught...too low creatinine...i thought normal was in the 200 range though

Isnt "Creatinine" a waste product/by product of "Creatine"? In other words, not good?

i just got my blood test results back
and i was told i had a high level of creatinine at 162
he told me the highest it should be is 125

i'm wandering if a duiretic like dandelion root could help flush it out and improve kidney health !?
