AAS and Surgery in 4 weeks

    Hi,
I just found out I have to have a graft surgery in 4 weeks to fix an old burn. I can't move the surgery date. When I told the doctor I was mid cycle on AAS and asked if it was a problem, he replied that he didn't know but maybe I should stop in case it is suppressing my immune system and would cause the graft not to heal properly.

    I can:

    a) stop right now, but cutting off cold turkey might make my immune system worse since my test levels would have time to regulate
    b) stop right now and start pct, however I still don't know if I would have time and my proviron (my pct that I have on hand) may be hard on my liver which would also be bad for surgery
    c) taper back to have the dosage, straight through to the surgery
    d) business as usual

Does anyone know enough about AAS and their effects on immune system to be able to recommend anything since my doc seems to have no idea.

    J

i would personaly run it all the way through, if it makes you feel better i bet your doctor will prescribe you some antibiotics and you can look into supplements at the vitamin store to raise your imune system im sure there are a million. maybe im wrong but when you are on AAS your redblood count goes up, shouldnt that help healing? just thinking

    I'm on 500mg test/500mg EQ. Not a strong cycle.
