I am a new member and started my 1st cycle today.
My stats are 32 yrs old, 6'2",195 lbs, been woking out about 5 years off and on, bodyfat at around 10%.
I have used all the otc supplements and though they were benefical, I felt I
needed a boost while I am still somewhat young.
My cycle consists of sust 250, 1 cc twice a week and tren e 100, 1 cc twice a week. Protein intake at 250 grams ed and as far as carbs Ill eat everything
I see, also a gallon of water a day. I plan on running this cycle for 10 weeks.
What do ya'll think? And what pct do ya'll recommend?
