I just ordered a bottle of Clen off the website and it comes in a spray bottle. Question one How do you know how much to spray at one time? Question two It says not for human use on the bottle I am guessing this is standard? Question three what dosage should I use and for how long?

Each squirt is .1mL. That means if it is dosed at 200mcg/mL you are getting 20mcg per squirt. I would probably start out with 20-40mcg in your first go and see how you react, do this dose again if you are able to later that day but not too soon before bed. Increase the dosage each day if you feel you are fine with any side effects. I wouldnt go up past 200mcg per day though in most cases. Especially considering you have never used this before.

I will start off slow and raise it 20 mcg a day if I can handle it. how long should I stay on for. I know this is a stupid question but their is no PCT needed correct. This is not a steroid right? How long does it take for it to be out of my system?

Dont know how long it takes to clear the system but I wouldnt be guessing very long. There is no PCT, and you can stay on 6-8 weeks I would say. After that fat loss will really begin to slow with it imo.
