Ending my cycle with HCG

I have been on 400mg testo EW for 8 weeks.

I have taken HCG trough the whole cycle (500iu 2-3 times a week 2 w on 2 w off)

I decided not to take any more testosterone. I took the last shot of 250mg 4 days ago.

I will start with the nolva in 10 days. But im not sure how to run the hcg? Trough PCT or should i stop before PCT? And how much should i run?

Everyone runs it different. This last cycle I started the hcg and clomid at the same time which was 1 week after my last injection of test e. Normally you would start it 2 weeks after your last shot, but I was told to run it this way. I ran the hcg 10 days in a row at 500 iu ed. I ran the clomid for 3 weeks. I never recovered from a cycle before this fast before.
