    clen/t3 combo questions

    well, done clen before and know how to ramp up on it and doses and all. started at 20mcg first day, did 40 today, and will go up by 20mcg every day until i hit about 100-120mcg.

    however, i searched all over the board and can't find how to up your t3 dose? is it ok to jump it up by 20mcg a day as well? also, what's the max doseage recommended for t3? if i remember right, i read somewhere that it was about 60mcg/day or so?

    also, what's the half-life of t3? i know with clen it's 36hours, so spreading the dose thoughout the day doesn't make much difference. however i don't remember reading anything anywhere about the t3's half-life? just wondering how long it is so i know if it would be ok to take the entire dose in the am or spread it out. thanks in advance guys.

    You can start Clen higher in successive cycles (only the novice need begin at 20mcgs) vets usually start around 60mcgs and increase by 40 up to 200 (or to where tolerance permits).
    T3 has 60hr halflife (see link below; look under Pharmacology), and you're right it, generally speaking it maxes out between 60-80, but most go higher.

    great info, thanks bro. so i guess based on both of their very long half-lives, i can do both in the morning and it will be fine.

    as far as starting higher, i have never done t3 yet, only clen. based on the risks i've heard about with these compounds, i'd rather play it safe, at least my first time around, and stick with clen at 100mcg max and t3 at 60mcg max. i'm sure even at those doses i will still get considerable thermogenic effects.

    the only thing i'm still not sure about is how quickly to up the t3? according to the info on that link you gave me, the medically suggested increase is only supposed to be 25mcg every week. now, taking that every week suggestion to a 20mcg jump every day might be a bit harsh. is that what people typically do, or do they ramp up on t3 a bit slower?

    Good eye! Some of both is true, so we use a hybrid method.
    We recreational users typically ramp in increments of 2-3 days.
    This is significantly faster than the prescribed recommendation, and substantially slower than daily.
