could be sick.....or could just be totally dehydrated....I remember werestling pracs...many MANY time I threw up....and I wasn't on anything then
i threw up every jiu jitsu practice after 8th week. i could feel the endourance leave while on cycle. for me it was i drove my body to end of endurance and continued to fight. if your pushing yourself to end of cardio you should expect to throw up. mine slowly subsided as i got further off cycle. we typically roll for 30 to 45 min straight. not sure what your doing.
Guy he's not on a cycle...on pct.
my personal experience took me out two weeks past pct before i quit throwing up. i knew mine was from fatique. that is why i stated i typically would roll for 30 - 45 minutes and not sure what he is doing. i noticed major difference in cardio all thru cycle and began to gain cardion back slowly during pct and after.
thanks chubs that sounds about it i have so much less endurance (i dont know if it matters now but i had tren in my cycle) and im having to push so much harder
when we practice we warm up for 30 then wrestle live.. full go for an hour and a half, 2 minutes on one off
