    how to combat inj pain!!! Suggestions!!

    Injected into my quad yesterday and its so frickin sore today i can barely walk, would thowing heat on help any....Suggestions anyone

    drop your bottles in about 1 inch of hot tap water in a cup to warm the juice up closer to your body temp. Make sure that you wipe the top of your bottle with an alcohol swab before inserting the needle. You don't want tap water causing an infection.

    Some also say that massaging the inject area for a few mins right after injecting helps but I am still unsure about this one myself.

    did heat b4...im just wondering what i should do now, its a long weekend her in canada would be nice to not have pain in walk...Maybe I hit a nerve,,,never had pain like this b4...Although new test its syprus advantage test e ...everyone swears by it if you get the abbrev.

    Agreed! Just deal with it brotha ..or don't do it. I have some winny right now that kills but I ignore it. It's a bitch but sometimes it's part of the game we all have to suffer with. This shit hurts even if I heat it, massage it, or bitch about it. Maybe you should try to cut your gear with some oil or re filter it a few times. Good luck man

    Are you injecting in the same spot more than once a week?

    I recently asked a similar question about injecting in my quads EOD but it was suggested a few times to rotate in more areas like quads, glutes, delts back to quads etc.
