    Has anyone................

    has anyone here ever injected their biceps if so what size pin should i use and how many c.c
    also from what angle should i do this and waht area of the bicep

    25 Gauge, 5/8 inch is often used for tricep/bicep/delts

    I've done them and IMO there is no benefit to sticking the smaller muscles. Not to mention it tends to cause more soreness than the bigger muscles. I would just stick with the glutes and quads....but it may be better for you to experiment, try it and see if its for you.

    i would normally use 25G 1 inch needles for all other places besides quads and glutes.... ive injected everywhere on the body but calves.... pecs, lats, traps, tris, bis.... I LOVE IT!!
