    pain

    ...hi guys,
    what do you thing to reduce the boldabol pain????
    i'm at 7th week and the pain in the injectin zone is very difficult to bear
    can you help me with some advice????

    Where are you injecting at and how often are you hitting the same spot? What doses are you injecting?

    I've never had any pain from eq.

    some people use b12 to help with injection pain......eq shouldnt hurt that much though

    i dont recommend b12 thatll just make it hurt more. just add sterile oil. inject into large muscles . rub area afterwards , inject slowly ,heat up gear , have shower afterwards.

    when i hit my legs and they get sore i like to put a heating pad on them for a little and it feels a lot better
