I am wanting to start a cycle.I have not done one in 10 years.I have put on about 20 pounds.I am looking for something that will tear the extra weight of and help me get lean again.Any idea on what to do for a 12 week cycle?I will then have to try to find a reliable source to purchase from. Thank You.

If I were you I would try posting your deit and workout routine in those two forum's and let them help you out

If geting lean is your goal you don't need aas to reach your goal just deit and cardio

Last cycle was deca ,cipionate,and winnie.The results were great.I have just started getting back into it and have been doing more cardio than lifting.

I'd say start with a stack of diet and cardio, on the serious side Bro, start there. Then after a year of that and researching gear, you'll be good to go.
