Vit e is good, shae butter and cocaoa butter work better.

There is some more suggestions in the AR Spa section.

I really dont think you can remove them. But people say coca butter is good. But both coca B and Shea B did nothing for me. If your really worried about them tanning a bit will hide them a bit.

use that stuff that women put on their bellies when they are pregnant. its not all that pleasant but works like a charm. what i did is i bought vit e liqui-caps and cocoa butter along with the prego stuff. i used the vit e and cocoa during the day and put the womens stuff on at night with gause. it seems extreme but if its really bothering you youll do anything. started really working for me in about 2 months.

Stryvectin (sp?) is something sold at gnc for stretch marks. Not sure if it works well or not. To me stretch marks are like a badge of honor. The bigger I get the more I have. They remind me im growing. Ill be more upset when I stop growing then when I get a new mark.............

I got stretch marks really bad when I was just starting out as a teenager, I was growing very fast. I tried everything from vit E to retin A gel. NOTHING works, there is nothing you can do about it. The marks will fade from red to white over time and be much less noticable. I had stretch marks so bad on my inner thighs that they used to bleed after doing squats. Only thing that will stop them from forming is for you to slow your growth down. I think they happen when your body is growing in size faster than your skin can grow to accomidate.

I think it's not connected to grow.it's about the skin genetic and the hormone that releases when you grow. it makes skin to tear.
    what abot laser or surgery??
and thanx every one for help

    Hi there,

I myself am also covered in stretchmarks, but I don't remember any phases of getting large very big, also normally I get a stretchmark as a red line on the skin, which overtime fades and comes close to my normal skin color, but my arms are covered in them and I don't recal getting those red lines on my arms or other places where I have stretchmarks. Laser surgery I have heard helps a good bit, but it would be tremendously expensive thus you must decide wether it is worth it or not.

    Hope I helped.

Well good for you, but I personally don't like stretch marks and my muscles are my badge of honor not stetch marks.

As for helping you out, try Palmer's Cocao Butter Formula. It is a combination of cocoa butter, vitamin E, collagen, elastin and shea butter made for pregnant woman. I got 2 bottles of 315ml at wal-mart for under 10$.

It has really slowed them down anyways, actually they haven't gotten any worst since I started using this sh*t. Mind you I apply it like 8 times a day. It's a little grease, doesn't smell the best but it seems to be working. And the ones I had seem to have gotten lighter. Just cake in on.

palmers makes a stretch mark formula that rubs in, isnt greasy, and has worked for me to lighten them, took about 2 months or so. Walgreens makes a generic of it, its $3 for a bottle of it, good stuff.

I got a shitload of stretch marks since my time out of the gym also. I managed to stay stretch mark free throughout my whole cycle 4 years ago, and ever since I injured my shoulder in motorcycle accident and have been out of the gym, I've packed on a ton of fat. I went from like 12% BF to about 22% BF! I got stretch marks on my biceps, my love handles, and under my arms by my lats. It SUCKS!
