sometimes the drug finasteride is abbreviated as fina...but when people say fina they usually are talking about finaplix which is tren.

fina is short for finaplix which is the name brand for the pellets of the chemical trenbalone acetate to be given to cows
some people buy human grade tren and some people buy these cow pellets and convert them into their own juice which is much less expensive
